I’ve eaten here for the past few years and have never been glutened. I’m not celiac, only gluten sensitive. When I first visited, the waitress told me not to have the house dressing on the salad. She also stated that they use corn starch for thickeners in their sauces rather than flour. Because of this, I can eat their pad Thai and their curry dishes. It’s been about 2 years since I asked if anything changed so I recommend asking if you’re celiac.
