Everything clearly marked on menu as "can be prepared GF". I had the pineapple fried rice with chicken and the chicken coconut soup. Both were delicious! Six hours later and I am reaction-free!

Tons of gluten free options! The server can tell you what is all gluten free. Been a while since I’ve visited so I’m unsure if they still have a menu completely dedicated to GF, but tons of options! Out of the way for my fam but we always used to go to the Uptown Waterloo location. Recommend!

This restaurant is very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. They list specific dishes as gluten free but can modify most dishes, with a change of sauce or such, upon request. I eat here often and greatly enjoy their food.

super sweet guy and super accommodating!! let me know what i could and could not have, and made sure to tell my boyfriend 5x not to let me eat the egg rolls he ordered since they have gluten (bf is not gluten free) and wrote “gluten” on the egg roll box. definitely recommend!

We’ve come to My Thai for years. I like that they have a separate gluten free menu and even though it is limited it is enough for me! Our favourites: salad rolls, Panang curry (so good) and the gluten-free Pad Thai.

Menu was limited. The server gave me the wrong order and had to run to let me know she had mixed up the pad thai's. I was just about to take a bite. Food was lackluster and not anything to write home about. I don't plan to go there again.

Food very tasty. Server friendly and humorous, but also helpful when recommending gluten free entrees. Also, they will make GF whatever you order.

Music soft, relaxing, authentic, adding to the pleasant dining experience.
