The food is excellent here and the staff are very knowledgeable on their menu when it comes to gluten and dairy containing items. They do not have a dedicated gluten-free area in the kitchen but assured me they do take the time to clean the area before cooking your food and take precautions in how they cook it. All I have to say is celiac and dairy allergy. I've never had any issues with their food.
