This place is incredible.
When I walked in, I told the gentleman working that I had celiac and he immediately started telling me and showing me the procedure they have for celiac and avoiding cross contamination. They have a separate area in the kitchen, separate butter, separate air fryer and they are aware of washing hands/changing gloves. It was amazing!
One of the managers has celiac disease and taught everyone how to safely care for people with auto immune diseases and any other diets like vegan, etc.
I had an incredible “Connecticut” style lobster roll with a gf bun. I also had french fries. It was delicious and they had so much on the menu I want to go back and try!
This is a must-try for everyone! I was so impressed by how well they take care.
My gluten eating husband was also very happy with his meal.
