I’ve been here twice without issue. Both times I was told everything on the menu was gluten-free, including the Mole Negro (which typically contains soy sauce everywhere I’ve seen it). I was still a little nervous though, so I only had a small bite. I was also assured that their fryer is completely gluten-free.

From a food perspective, everything was wonderful, I only wish there was something on the menu more clearly indicating it is in fact all gluten free.
