Hier hebben we heerlijk gegeten. Van tevoren hebben we een reservering gemaakt en aangegeven dat we glutenvrij wilden eten. De bediening was erg goed op de hoogte en er was speciale glutenvrije saus. We hebben echt genoten en zijn niet ziek geworden.

I did some research, and had the luxury of going with a native speaker, but this is a pretty safe bet for a celiac in Tokyo for a non GF establishment. They have one broth (shabu shabu) that is gluten free. If you just went with that and the meat, it’s a pretty safe and delicious bet. I brought my own tamari and sriracha to make a dipping sauce. The allergens are labeled at the vegetable and noodle bar, with separate utensils, but cross contamination is possible if you want to add to the experience. The soft serve ice cream is also GF. Servers had a good understanding of gluten, and some spoke English. I had an enjoyable experience with no issues. Delicious.
