Typical shabu-shabu. You can order shabu-shabu soup (water with soy beans and another one ingredient that I don’t remember) Take care with the soy sauce and other sauces. There was a big shabu shabu in the middle of the table. Take care of own chopstick for cross contamination with soy sauce of your friend! You can eat with “ayce” form a lot of meat and vegetables (also take care on the buffet ‘cause there are noodles, dumplings etc with gluten!!) Very good dinner!! The waitress was very helpful
