Review

Nabezo is a shabu shabu hotpot restaurant. Their shabu shabu soup is wheat-free. Most of the ingredients are also wheat free and they have an allergen list posted on their vegetable bar. The waitress was really accommodating. She double checked all the soups, made sure I saw all of the allergen lists posted in the restaurant, and checked all of the dipping sauces (they all had wheat). It was a pretty good deal for all you can eat for 100 minutes. The food was good and filling.

I would recommend bringing your own soy sauce for dipping and making a reservation.
