Nabezo Shibuya Koendori

Tasty gluten free shabu shabu. I had the shabu shabu broth with beef & assorted veggies, using ponzu (supplied by Nabezo) and tamari (my own) as a dipping sauce. There is risk as the veggie bar is a buffet, but if you can handle a little potential cross contamination you are in for a treat!
