Unfortunately, the arepas are fried in a shared fryer with glutenous items...but the staff was wonderful. I went in for a carry out order, a nice gentleman basically walked me through the entire menu and was able to answer my questions. The entrees are safe, just ask them to fry the sweet plantains separately for you. He offered to do it once he knew my concerns, so I felt like they were knowledgeable and aware. Was a bit sad that I couldn't enjoy the arepas, though 😕
