This place is very knowledgeable about what contains gluten in their restaurant. They have a special grill in the back to cook orders for those with allergies. They ask you up front if anyone in your party has any allergies. I highly recommend this place for those who struggle with any food allergies

They have a standard process for all GF hibachi orders. You won’t get soup but they’ll offer shrimp sauce with the salad since the ginger dressing contains gluten. Everything is cooked separately, in the back.
