Naked City Brewery & Taphouse

Sadly, very sadly... Naked City Brewery & Taphouse is no more... As with so many old standbys in today's Seattle with development/profit fever, my understanding is that the building was sold. Huge loss not just to the GF folks who could go there and feel normal, but to the entire community.

Love their wide menu of Gluten reduced beers! Had my first flight in years. 5 different beers to try. Really good! The Gf mushrooms and fries were delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

Eaten here several times and had amazing experiences! Very educated concientios staff. I'm celiac, and I'm going back every week :)

The waitstaff was very knowledgeable and patient. I've had CD for 13 years and had no idea what beer I would like. They had 7 GF beers on tap and I got to try the all. They have items marked on the menu that are GF and are willing to accommodate whenever they can. Highly recommend them, I'll be going back for a growler (or two) to take home!

Yes

All cooking and flour is GF. All beers except one are also GF. Gluten from menu on when gluten bun is requested.

Tested their fries with a gluten sensor- they are celiac safe and delicious
