The sushi rice, most sauces, "krab" and roe all contain gluten. Staff is sometimes on top of it but it is inconsistent. There are not many GF options left. I've ordered in person and for delivery several times over the years. The last few orders were too inconsistent for me to feel confident eating there moving forward.

I was a bit wary based on others comments, but other restaurants were packed. The service was excellent and I was asked if I was celiac or not. My ticket was marked !!Gluten allergy!! I subbed brown rice as recommended and enjoyed salmon nigiri, spicy tuna maki, and a fun mushroom roll. I was served tamari. Items are clearly marked on the menu and you can ask questions.

Was told by a server we would be safe here (Cedarbluff location). This is not the case. We were so excited to be able to eat sushi and other Asian dishes but once we were seated the server we had went to the back to check. You can get brown rice with your sushi instead of sushi rice or they can make rice bowls GLUTEN SENSITIVE. NOT CELIAC SAFE

Establishment has removed their gluten free options and is only offering a limited menu at this time. They no longer are offering brown rice or any gluten free options.

Very fresh creative sushi. Had 3 GF rolls. All excellent . Large rolls. Shared with others who thought they were great too. They mix fresh crab with imitation so you can't have any rolls with crab. They have GF soy sauce. Menu marked GS for gluten sensitivity. Waiter knowledgeable. Didn’t get sick—this was my 4th visit.

I used to work at one. They don’t use separate fryers or work stations. If you just have a slight intolerance you might be ok, but I wouldn’t say it’s celiac friendly. Some locations even use tempura crumbs to oil up their gloves to avoid having rice stick when making sushi. It’s got good food and all, just probs not the best choice.

Not celiac friendly! The menu says gluten sensitive, not gluten-free, and that should have been a red flag. Our server assured us there would be no cross-contamination. When I asked him if there was a shared fryer he said yes then recommended several dishes with tempura. When our meals came – 45 minutes later by the way- there was fried stuff all over one of the dishes. My celiac kid did not get sick on her sushi, however she did leave the restaurant hungry.

Their white rice “may contain traces of gluten” according to my server. The past couple of times I’ve gone they made me a brown rice sashimi bowl with Tamari. SO GOOD!

Great server who was fully knowledgeable about celiac options. Our meal, post endoscopy/colonoscopy so I was HUNGRY, was excellent! Thank you for not cross contaminated by me!!!!

Had a lovely sushi dinner here on half price roll night (Monday’s and Thursday’s!) from the GF menu. The GF menu is limited but I have celiac so sushi options are usually so limited anyway. Happy to have sushi and not get sick. 4 Stars because of the small GF menu.

Perhaps I went on an off day, but I had a bad experience here. I was sick before the end of the meal, and it's lasted over 24 hours. I'm not sure how it happened, but I suspect the soy sauce was not gluten free. They bring the GF soy sauce out in an old Sake glass bottle, so I'm not sure if they filled it from the regular one by mistake. I will also say our original waiter handed us over to a different guy before the food came out, and he didn't seem as knowledgeable as the first waiter. The sushi was not that great either. I don't think I'll give them a second chance.
