Review of Nama

This was an experience that I am not sure you can replicate, gluten-free or not. It was SO FUN! We opted for the "blind" menu and we were served amazing, creative, SAFE dishes and challenged to then report on what we thought we just ate for each course. This was one of my favorite meals of my 10-day vacation in France (Paris, Bordeaux, Nice). Two in our party of four were not quite as adventurous and as soon as our server (owner?) recognized that, he brought them a replacement entrée for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
