I honestly think this is the best Indian curry I have ever had. All curries are gf, only thing I couldn’t have was the naan. We ordered the coconut shrimp curry and chicken korma - the portion sizes were massive. Similar to the other review, there was one man working there and he was extremely busy, clearly a very popular spot. He told us it can be a 1hr wait around dinner time, we were there around 8pm and waited less than 10 mins. He insisted we sit and eat before paying. 100% recommend!

The food tasted great! The only thing on the menu that is not gluten-free seems to be the naan bread. They do offer a gluten-free cracker as a substitute and it’s pretty good too. We ordered the Coconut Shrimp Curry and Tiki Marsala Chicken. We liked both but my wife was partial to the shrimp dish. She is Celiac and did not have any issues.

The cook seemed to be the only guy working in the food truck and he was busier than a three legged dog trying to go to the bathroom on a frozen pond but he worked very efficiently and it only took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready. We were planning to take it to go but he insisted that we sit down and try the food before paying.

We ordered our dishes mild and there was just enough spice to make it interesting without burning. Another person ordered hers medium and hers was a little spicier than she was used to but she still liked it very much.
