They glutened my partner. We ordered both orders of Ramen with gluten free noodles. I marked his order in particular with "CELIAC, NO GLUTEN, FOID ALLERGY". Yet, my order came with gf noodles and his with wheat noodles. (He's vegetarian, so we couldn't just swap.) He'd already eaten a couple bites when I started prepping mine and saw the difference. When I called in, the girl who answered was completely unbothered. Didn't seem to understand that Celiac is a real disease. Don't go here.
UPDATE: I was supposed to be contacted by a manager this morning. I was not. when I called in, I got the same line as last time I called PLUS they had the gall to insist that I didn't order gf noodles on both orders or pay for them. I happen to have my receipt. So they don't care about food allergies and want to pass the blame for their wrongdoing onto the customer.
The only gluten free option is grilled chicken katsu ramen with rice noodles. It is not marked on the menu, but the front desk checked with the cooks. I ordered and it was very tasty. Chicken was a bit processed/overly salted though.
Delicious noodles and very accommodating with removing other items from my dish that I can't eat.
