Nan Hot Pot

Hot pot is a delicious GF option. Avoid soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc. All broths are GF. Careful with any marinated / mixed items - I just avoid those. Getting meat with the spicy broth and building your own sauce is fantastic. Vegetables are also great.
