This place was amazing. So tasty and now everytime I go to New Mexico I have to stop here. They are so understanding about having a gluten allergy.

They were super understanding about needing GF pasta and had a dedicated menu. The portion sizes were also huge for what you paid.

I stopped here while traveling and based on that it's on this app. This is not a sit down restaurant nor fast food. It's a deli that has 4 tables by the front door in a small space. We sat next to other people and it felt as if we were all together. The food is homemade and many people were getting takeout. It's served in styrofoam and plastic containers. They use Tinkyado brand rice noodles. I liked that they have GF garlic bread.

This is a little hole in the wall restaurant with a story behind it. The GF spaghetti was cooked perfect and the homemade sauce was very flavorful. The owner came out and talked to us and told us about her sister who has Celiac. It was so nice to be able to have GF garlic toast with my spaghetti. She said to make sure that you tell the front counter that you are Celiac when ordering so that they take extra precautions while prepping food. Definitely coming back again.

This place is a jewel! Local, family owned business with a fantastic deli too that stocks a range of gluten free goodies! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious and even comes with gluten free bread! I highly recommend this place! The seating areas are small and basic so plan to wait but I promise you will enjoy it!

They have a family member with super sensitive celiac and are very careful with preparation. I got the butter and olive oil pasta with cod and it was absolutely delicious. It came with gf bread that was wrapped separately in foil. The only downside is it's tiny, like 8 tables total. But that's what makes it so awesome. It's a must if you're in town. Their little store also has gf cookies, pasta and some other stuff.

This is a celiac safe place to eat! They took every precaution to avoid cross contamination. The pasta and spaghetti sauce were great. They even had gluten free bread. We will definitely go back.

Perfect family run restaurant in little downtown Trinidad. If you're celiac or very gluten intolerant this is a great place to go and feel safe. The owners have family with celiac and they are very aware of the necessary precautions. Yay! This will be our go to spot when traveling through this way. I gave 4 stars because there weren't many gf veggie options.
Yes
Good food, small seating area. No celiac issues. Call to see if they're open if it's not a weekend because they're closed a lot. (Forgot to get a pic of the hours)
Yes
Please note that they are closed three days a week (in the fall at least).
I was thrilled when I asked at the counter if they had a gluten free menu. She showed me numerous ones on each table in bright red Large folders. Many choices for us. I am surprised to see brown rice spaghetti with clams, chicken cod fish, peas, vegetables and even Pueblo Come Italian Sausage. Serves Alla Olio, and polenta, with the above sauce choices. Italian dressing on the table was truly a treat. Ours takes a little longer as they cook everything separately. That's why we can't have the regular Italian sausage, she says, as it's cooked in the red sauce which they also cook their meatballs in... Which aren't GF.
