As soon as I was ordering I told them I had Gluten allergy. I had the Birria tacos with non cooked corn tortillas, rice and beans. I also ate chips and salsa. I did not get sick.

This is a very authentic, family run restaurant. Gluten free items are marked on the menu. The waitress confirmed that the chips were cooked in a dedicated fryer. I recommend double checking this. I had a steak entree that was wonderful. The server was very knowledgeable and attentive.

The reviews of this restaurant were 5 stars so I took a chance. Our server assured us that several choices were celiac safe. I didn’t have my tester with me, so didn’t check a small sample of chip, refried beans, sope and meat until I got home. It was positive for gluten.

Seriously the best place ever. I have anaphylactic allergies to gluten and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my food is safe. This is the only place in town that I am able to eat at. They have a dedicated fryer and VERY knowledgeable and understanding staff! The food is amazing! Ten thousand stars!
