Grilled chicken is gluten-free. To my disappointment the French fries (chips) are not safe as they contain traces of gluten. Salads are gluten-free. I ordered Cole slaw. I've had Nandos in Canada which I love. It was good here but not great.

First Nando’s I’ve visited where the staff were aware of cross contamination risks. They went through the safe options available which we are without any issues.

I have eaten here many times and never been sick. Many GF items on the menu. Delicious chicken and the fries are always so fresh.

Nearly everything can be done gluten free. They do have an allergy chart on their website to look at everything. Always been a really good nandos to go to, always fresh and delicious:)
