Nando’s has a bunch of naturally gf options, they don’t advertise it or even put it on the menu, but I’ve always found the staff to be very knowledgeable about it.
Nandos was awesome. They have a menu displaying all items and their allergens (the chicken was mostly allergen-free). All staff were very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Customer service was great - they took care of us well. I appreciated their clearly stated anti-oppression policies. The prices are also very reasonable. I loved the interesting spices and flavours of their chicken and fries. Just be careful about the sauce shelf - the waitress advised me to stay away from it. Honestly, the base seasoning was good enough to satisfy me.
Gluten free frier. Most items on menu are GF. Be careful which table sauces you pick. Some have gluten. Staff great, and allergen poster is on site for reference.
The chicken, sauces and most of what they have is naturally gluten free (and delicious!)
While they only make unseasoned French fries (chips) in their deep frier, and the chips were gluten-free per NIMA testing, their rotisserie chicken failed NIMA testing and had gluten on it. It is not safe to eat here if you have coeliac disease.
My family and I loved eating here! I was nervous about eating away from home as a celiac, but they were so knowledgeable and carefully went through the options with me! Each team member reassured me that my food wouldn't hurt me. We'll be back!!
Delicious, flavourful, naturally gluten free foods. There are several things that Celiacs can have: the chicken, chicken wings, the sauces, olive appetizers, the sautéed veggies, the salads. The cashier's mother is Celiac, so she was very helpful.
Nice place staff is well aware of gluten all the chicken and seasoning are gluten-free. The staff has a menu to let you know what else is gluten-free pretty much everything in the restaurant is gluten free other than the wraps. Price is great!
