I was really nervous about going here because there wasn’t a review. But the front staff immediately knew what celiacs was. They even took out an allergy guide to help me decide what sides to get which would be safe.
There were almost no gluten options. The chicken and sauces do not contain gluten, so nearly the whole menu was naturally safe.
I had no reaction from my chicken, the sauce, the mashed potatoes or the French fries.
Fries are in a dedicated fryer - this location only fried French fries in their fryer. Sweet.

Not safe for celiacs. They showed me when I was about to order that there were only chicken wings and fries that I could eat. Everything else was possible cross-contamination. If you cannot eat anything that "may contain" gluten, this is not the place for you. The worst part was that the first waitress ignored my queries and finally bypassed me onto someone else.

I eat there and if you tell them your celiac and don’t put spices on the fries it’s ok for me. There special sauces are gluten free. Thanks

I love Nando's!
A lot of their menu is gluten free. It's a chain (multiple locations in the Us and a few in Canada) so the allergen list online is pretty detailed. I've eaten here dozens of times (at various locations) and I've never had an issue!
Pretty sure a lot of their menu is naturally gluten free. I honestly get the same thing every time ( Peri Peri bowl is 100/10).
