Sensitive celiac and did not get sick. Had the half chicken with the mango lime sauce, French fries, peas and rice. All the sauces are gf. The manager is very knowledgeable and they have an allergen book. The other employees could use some training on the gf options as they were very confused. It was delicious!
Tons of GF options. Unfortunately I don’t believe that they carry gluten-free bread, pita, or croutons, so avoid any menu items with those.
Tasty flame-grilled chicken. Comprehensive allergen list online. The cashier double checked a hard copy of the allergen list when I placed my order in the restaurant. Gluten free options for sides, as well as a couple that are dairy free too. Sauces are gluten free.
You can order online or at the counter and get the food delivered to your table. You can be in and out in around 45-60 minutes - perfect for before a downtown theatre event! There is a sink to wash your hands by the drinks and utensils. I enjoy getting the chicken and sides like rice (the allergen pdf is online or they have a copy).
Here is the gluten free menu. New staff that was not sure what was GF or not. Had to press but eventually they showed me where I can scan for the GF menu. Link is below. GF menu QR code is on the back of the menu. Definitely order in the front of the restaurant and not from the table. Food was really good!

Really tasty and plenty of options. I got a bowl with rice, chicken, hummus and arugula. The biggest thing at Nando's is that you can customize the level of spice to your comfort. The food was really delicious.
I get migraines if I am exposed to a high level of gluten, so I can't speak to cross contamination, but I was really happy with my food.
