My family and I loved eating here! I was nervous about eating away from home as a celiac, but they were so knowledgeable and carefully went through the options with me! Each team member reassured me that my food wouldn't hurt me. We'll be back!!
Delicious, flavourful, naturally gluten free foods. There are several things that Celiacs can have: the chicken, chicken wings, the sauces, olive appetizers, the sautéed veggies, the salads. The cashier's mother is Celiac, so she was very helpful.
Yes
Not safe for celiacs. They showed me when I was about to order that there were only chicken wings and fries that I could eat. Everything else was possible cross-contamination. If you cannot eat anything that "may contain" gluten, this is not the place for you. The worst part was that the first waitress ignored my queries and finally bypassed me onto someone else.

I eat there and if you tell them your celiac and don’t put spices on the fries it’s ok for me. There special sauces are gluten free. Thanks

I love Nando's!
A lot of their menu is gluten free. It's a chain (multiple locations in the Us and a few in Canada) so the allergen list online is pretty detailed. I've eaten here dozens of times (at various locations) and I've never had an issue!
Pretty sure a lot of their menu is naturally gluten free. I honestly get the same thing every time ( Peri Peri bowl is 100/10).
