They also have a full salad bar and gluten free soups. In addition to a huge assortment of top quality and hard to find kitchen equipment. And also have gluten free baking mixes,pancake mixes and more.

If you have celiac tell them and they will change out their food service gloves to prevent cross contamination.

Being in Nantucket for a day trip I was concerned about finding anything I could eat. Nantucket Gourmet offers salads where you get an order sheet and pick your choice of romaine or mixed greens, and up to 5 toppings to add. All of the toppings except croutons were gluten free. I requested the person making the salad to change their gloves and use a fresh bowl to mix my salad, and it was not a problem. There was a wide variety of choices to top the salad.
