This is our go to restaurant in Bryan/College Station. Being a college town staff is always changing. Sometimes you will get someone less knowledgeable about allergies due to this, but I have seen an increase in diligently training lately to prevent this. In fact the last few times we have gone in staff that have previously worked with us have come over to make sure we were getting all our needs met. Management has always been friendly and helpful as well. I have celiac and multiple allergies and my husband has celiac. We are not easy to serve, but we are always treated as wanted and valued customers. They have a gluten free menu and other allergy/diet friendly options. I love that they offer zucchini noodles, because I have a corn allergy and can’t eat the gf noodles. Most things can be adapted, but time of day determines to what degree this is possible.
