I am a super sensitive celiac and I have eaten at Napa Flats once or twice a week without ever getting sick there. It is the only restaurant in town I absolutely trust. They are knowledgeable and careful. They have a dedicated oven for their GF pizzas, dedicated equipment for the GF pastas, and the manager will get the ingredients directly from the walk-in to avoid cross contamination. I usually get the grilled items, and they are delicious! Their vegetables are especially good. I recommend their steak, shish kabob, and grilled chicken entrees particular.
