Naples Pizza Pasta & Subs

The two choices for GF foods are pizza and a pasta with tomato sauce. I chose the pasta. It was cooked a bit too aldente and sauce was pretty flavorless, probably dumped straight out of a can. The scary thing was while walking past the back part of the kitchen to go to the bathroom, I saw a very startling food handling sanitation violation. The person prepping dough balls was placing them into a plastic tub which was sitting directly on the floor! My first thought was what will they then be setting this tub onto next after it has been on a dirty floor?? As I passed by again after using the restroom, I saw an entire stack of these trays next to the one being filled. Then a person picked up the single tub and I heard the noise of one tub being set on to the stack. I did not witness the last part but have worked in many kitchens in my past life and am confident that tub sitting on the floor got stacked on top of other tubs with dough. So, so disgusting. The young girl who served us was very friendly.

TERRIBLE - not celiac friendly!! Found BREAD in my daughter's salad!! Waited served my daughters GF pasta covered in flour!! Don't go here if you have Celiac.

Pizza came out fast! Gf crust was awesome! Friendly atmosphere too!

Very knowledgable staff. The gluten free cheese ravioli and gluten free pizza were both very good. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
