I had a great GF pizza (pollo arrosto). My non GF friends shared it and agreed the crust was great. I had no reactions!
We went for New Year’s Eve. It was very busy! The hostess assured me that all food was made separately, including the pasta and the pizza they had separate, cooking water and an oven.
The positive at the time was made from rice.
The pizza crust was made from cauliflower.
I had no reactions to the food.
I would highly suggest calling prior and asking if they have any gluten-free pasta left because they run out of the pasta very quickly.
I felt very safe and comfortable eating here

Delicious, reasonably priced food and great service. GF choices were clearly marked. When I ordered pasta, our server was quick to say that they knew to cook it safely.
I have Celiac and always eat here!! So refreshing being able to get really good celiac-safe italian food.
Fabulous GF neapolitan-esque pizza! They have a separate oven, dedicated prep area, and dedicated ingredients. GF pasta is cooked in separate water. Knowledgeable and very aware staff. We will be back!!
Unbelievable GF pizza crust. The server said they just recently changed it and OMG it is incredible.
Service was excellent with waitress and manager very attentive to allergy details! The pasta and meatball dish I ordered was modified to be gluten free.
