Napoletano's Pantheon

When approaching staff outside I checked with them they had gluten free pizzas, which the response was yes. I ordered a gluten free margarita pizza, and when I checked the receipt I couldn't see gluten free written on there (senza glutine for Italian). We then questioned to make sure the pizza would be made gluten free, which a staff member and someone who seemed to be the manager both said yes. When I open the pizza it looked amazing, but I took one bite and was suspicious it wasn't gluten free. We went back to check again, and showed a different staff member the pizza and asked if it was gluten free. He immediately looked and said no. So after checking twice with staff, I still received a pizza that wasn't gluten free and had already eaten a bite. They eventually made us the correct gluten free pizza, and it was probably the worst GF pizza I have had in Italy. Mind you I only had one bite, as I felt sick after already being glutened. I would personally avoid this place at all costs. The pizza was also very expensive compared to other places, but that would be because it's right in front of the Pantheon.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a takeaway gluten free Margherita and asked twice (once to a waiter and once to the manager) and they confirmed twice this was gluten free. Upon eating it around the corner we thought it was too good to be gluten free. So we returned to the restaurant to ask the waiter out the front and he confirmed straight away it WAS NOT gluten free. Offered no refund but they made us a new gf pizza but I don't know if we even should eat it now because how careless they were. Waiter was apologetic but manager couldn't care less and didn't even give eye contact. Hope my wife doesn't get sick now as we play russian roulette.

Clearly marked spaces on the menu describing what can or cannot be made GF plus the waitstaff speak a lot of languages and are ready to help with any questions. You really can’t beat the view either!
