Es wurde Mega darauf geachtet nichts zu kontaminieren. Alles wurde mir erklärt, auch dass die Pasta in einem extra Topf gekocht wird und alles separat gemacht wird. Es wurde auch daran gedacht, dass es aufgrund des Gluten nicht möglich ist die Pasta im Parmesanleib zuzubereiten, da die normale Pasta darin auch zubereitet wird. Es wurde sehr verständnisvoll und freundlich auf die Glutenintoleranz reagiert.

Schmeckt sehr gut. Piccata Milanese wurde extra glutenfrei gemacht mit Spaghetti.
