The crust less (gf) quiche are amazing! They also have granola bars that are from “pinch of salt” that are gluten free.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Went here with my celiac daughter while visiting Grapevine. We talked to chef and waiter and they said they would take precautions. Chef said the gluten free pasta with probably be the safest choice. They boil it in a clean pan. My daughter got the kids spaghetti with meat sauce (sub gf noodles- they gave us penne noodles). She said it's as very good. For dessert she got vanilla and strawberry gelato. You can order the gelato at the dinner table or at their little shop connected next door. We walked to the shop to get hers that way I could watch and make sure they used a clean scoop so it didn't get contaminated. It was very tasty! She is highly reactive to any gluten and she didn't get sick! Will def be back in the future.

We ordered Gluten Free Carbanera and cauliflower crust pizza. They were both excellent! Will be coming back! My husband is not GF and he loved both items.
