National Pancake & Waffle House

Food here is great - but the service is not, unfortunately =/ It’s not really their fault. They seem to be tragically short staffed. But several families just got up and left after waiting for some time for their food to come out (one family was waiting about an hour). Good food, but stay away if you’re starving and need to eat quickly.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The food was really good and so was the service. Our food took a little bit longer to come out and when the waitress brought it out, she explained that she made sure the cook staff separated my food from every one else's. She said she had a neighbor with gluten issues and gets very sick of contaminated so she understood the importance. We actually didn't even ask why our food took a little longer. I really appreciate her effort and care. I wish I'd caught her name. She was a small framed older white woman and sounded like she had a slight accent. If you ever visit, try to have her as your waitress.

Gluten-Free pancakes were delicious and prepared completely separately to accommodate my Celiac's! several other naturally gluten-free options like eggs and bacon. Fast service and very friendly staff made the experience even better!
