2022 EDIT: my review below from 2021 is now out of date. Nats Park got rid of the gf hot dogs and local cider at the Avoiding Gluten stand, and now your only safe options as a Celiac are arepas. As others have noted, the stand also sells several items that are labeled as gf that are not safe for Celiacs, including yucca fries and tequeños prepared in a fryer shared with breaded foods, and Omission beer. Yuck. It was also the only place in the entire park I could find a single can of cider - thankfully gf - and it was a really unappetizing Bold Rock. At least the staff were kind! (Another point of frustration: on mobile ordering, the menu showed last season’s items, rather than the current menu printed on their signs, so I didn’t know until I got to the kiosk what my options actually were.) I asked about allergies at other stalls like District Coolers, and concessions staff there weren’t trained about allergy info for what they were selling. Might be better to eat outside the park this season, Celiacs.

I don’t know how helpful this review will be after the 2021 season, since the Park seems to make big concessions changes each year, but for now, there’s an awesome stand right across from the main team store called “Avoiding Gluten feat. Arepa Zone”. The food (hot dog with gf bun, arepas, “yucca fries” that were basically fried cheese balls) is all Celiac-friendly gluten free, and I ate multiple foods and felt just fine after. They also sell a few drinks, including local Lost Boy cider (yum!), some Bud Light seltzer kinds of things (not my area of expertise), and Omission (Celiacs: NOT ACTUALLY GF, argh).
