Advertised as 100% gluten free. A little pricey, smaller portions, but very tasty. And peace of mind that it is a safe place to eat. Friendly owners. Just opened three months ago. (Date of this review is October 2023). See attached photos of the menu. The galette was a crepe made from yuca flour. The triple had excellent bread. The pizza crust was excellent. The waffle tasted just like an American IHOP waffle. We ordered more to go to have safe options for the rest of our trip. Also can order bread by the loaf or whole cakes.
