I was so glad this mountain hut was able to provide a gluten-free dinner! We called about a week in advance so they could prepare. The day we arrived, they showed us the dish they had in mind (salad, rice with roasted veggies, then fruit salad) and discussed their precautions. Their kitchen is tiny, but they did their best to avoid cross-contact and I did not get sick. Make sure to bring breakfast, though, since they did not have gf bread.
