We were in a hurry to catch the ferry and they accommodated my needs on the fly, so my review is very specific to what I needed and what I ate. I did not query whether they had a dedicated fryer. The menu did not have GF markings. But, I found the listing from the Victoria Celiac website where I found many restaurants and, thus, felt comfortable. We had a great waiter, I ordered a delicious blackened halibut with potatoes and greenbeans and was delighted with the meal. As you would expect with a waterfront property in a tourist area, it was expensive, but the presentation was gorgeous and the dish was delicious. My non-GF fellow diners loved their food, too. Wish I had had more time to enjoy the ambience and meal, but am glad I dropped in.
