I always love going here when I visit Universal or Islands - the food is delicious and the staff are always so friendly. I always go for a burger and fries because I’m a creature of habit so I can vouch for those but can’t say I know much about the other GF options. Fries were in dedicated fryer and GF burger bun was available!

Absolutely delicious! Items marked on menu as GF and GF buns available for sandwiches which are not marked GF. Waitress seemed very comfortable with information. When the food was delivered the server reiterated that the food was GF. Had tomato goat cheese chicken which was divine!

Great food, good service, but took an hour to get food. If you are starving, don't go here. I put my name in at 8 pm, got seated at 9 pm, and didn't get food until 10.

GF friendly items marked on the menu. Was too exhausted to ask about modifications on other menu items. Had the sirloin salad. Steak was way over cooked and super tough. Romaine was blah. Server was excellent but the kitchen, not so much. Waited over an hour for food.

Was here for late night drinks and apps. Waitress offered to modify the chili nachos to chili fries as the fries have a dedicated fryer but the chips are not. Had a great time

Server wasn’t super confident about the gluten free options available, but was willing to check with the kitchen and did confirm that the tots and fries could be fried separately. We up splitting two burgers, fries, and tots. And no gluten reaction from my celiac partner!

With my celiac son, waiter was great. He offered that most items in the menu could be made GF. My son ordered wings and a side salad. Waiter came back and said only one way of cooking the wings was safe. Meal was great and so was location.

Waitress was not knowledgeable, she was telling us gluten isn’t in meat, it’s just in bread and wheat and things like that! She was so extremely rude and didn’t want to check with the chef. We got the burger but it was burnt. Fries were prepared in a dedicated fryer, a nice lady brought them out and told us. We all felt good after but it just wasn’t a comfortable experience. Greeter at the front was a nice young lady who chatted with us. And atmosphere is fun!

Our server personally checked with the chef to make sure everything was celiac friendly and dairy free. I had a burger and the tater tots (dedicated fryer) - the food was SO good!!

Gluten free options are not listed on the menu, but the server was pretty knowledgeable and checked with the chef to verify everything. All proteins are gf and seasoned with salt and pepper. They have gf buns for all of the burgers and a separate fryer for tater tots and fries. I don’t remember the last time I got tater tots and these were crispy and delicious. The chef delivered my food and explained the protocol of changing gloves and using a separate prep area. They also have several cider options if that is your thing.

This place is great. Very knowledgeable waitress who involved the cooks and bartender in all aspects. They have gluten free buns and french fries and tater tots in a dedicated fryer. I had the mushroom burger with fries and a cider. Yummo with no reaction.

Sat at the bar and the server was very helpful, double checked with the chef twice about my selections/modifications. No GF menu but many substitutes can be made... i.e. dedicated fryer for fries/tots, GF buns. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with FF, angry orchard to drink. No issues, best meal I had while staying at Universal area.

We let staff know that my 8 year old daughter was on a Gluten and Dairy Free diet due to allergies. We got French fries and a side salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing after asking if it was gluten and dairy free. Well, after she had her food for a while we were told it actually does have dairy. Luckily she didn't care for it and only ate 4 big bites. The manager was supposed to come talk to us and never did. We are new to this allergy and weren't expecting too much for a small amount, however she's been in a lot of pain for 2 days now. Our waiter was very kind and did a great job. He was very concerned when he notified us of the dairy in the dressing after she had already started eating it. He told us a manager would come talk to us, but the manager never did.

The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Many of the menu items can be adapted to be GF and the server submits a special allergy ticket to alert the kitchen. It's hard to find kids meals that are GF, but this place could even adapt their pasta on the kids meal to GF! My child had no reaction at all so I believe they are very cautious and take GF seriously.

Great meals! Very safe! The chef came out to talk with us and explained everything we could eat safely. He also brought our food to us. The burgers were delicious! No issues! Great atmosphere and great food!

My boyfriend is celiac, as there is not a separate menu there was options for him like pasta, buns, grilled wings, and separate fryers for French fries and tater tots. I highly recommend!

Great range (unfortunately apart from deserts) and knowledgeable staff. When unsure they checked with the chef but sure of most options. I had grilled wings and salad (very heavy on the dressing though).

Had pulled pork and ribs with tater tots. Chef came out and assured he could make r writhing gluten free in a dedicated fryer for the tater tots. I tested everything separately with the Nima sensor and everything was safe to eat.

Staff wasn’t the most knowledgeable or helpful with finding options - when I asked about gluten-free she said we have a bun and pasta and that’s it. When I ordered the turkey club she did ask if it was for an allergy and said I could have gluten free fries but it would take longer. The wait was fine for us and food was delicious!

All of the staff is super knowledgeable about Celiac disease and allergies!!! They had the manager come up and tell me everything that could be made which was A TON!!! I had originally wanted the chili burger and when the manager went and told the chef the chef said the chili is too close to other items that contain gluten so he didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me..ummmm AMAZING!! I wasn’t even disappointed just grateful they cared that much. I ended up with a Wisconsin burger and Parmesan fries. This is our top place to go to for gf food when we visit Universal aside from Mythos. I am beyond sensitive and have never had a issue.

The chef came out and we discussed options. I picked a meal and he described modifications they would make. Meal came out with grilled chicken as agreed, but also another kind of chicken. I didn’t realize until after I ate a few bites the error. They were good to remove the meal from the check, but I awoke feeling terrible with a migraine and sick. Won’t eat there ever again.

We have eaten here several times and the wait staff have always been very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and when they don't know, they check with the chef. The food is also great!

The staff and chef are great. I really enjoyed my burger. There are meals you can eat. Everyone was nice and I received a discount for being Universal Studio Annual Passholder. Go and check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Server was extremely knowledgeable and got a chef to make sure everything was safe. They do not have a GF menu but can make most items gluten free (burgers, pastas, a few of the appetizers.) They do have a dedicated fryer for tater tots and French fries. They also have separate allergy tickets that they send the orders in on! Little bright red sheets, I've never seen this before but I loved it. Amazing service & great food!

chef came to the table to talk to me about options... had wings (no sauce as they add butter to the buffalo sauce and I am also allergic to dairy) that were delicious. i also had a burger on a gluten free bun, and fries that the chef cooked in their own oil away from the fryers that are not safe from cross contamination. everything was delicious. will be returning.
