The staff is very understanding of what "gluten intolerant" is and "celiac" and the difference. If you specify, they will change gloves, keeps buns off the grill to make it as gf as possible.

Limited GF options. The pork and brisket is it but good heavy smoke flavor on meat. Only one GF sauce available it was ok, went well with pork. I am Celiac and not sick yet😊. Waitress did not know GF options but spoke to cook.👍
