Review of Nebo

They have homemade pasta that is prepared in a desperate facility to avoid cross-contamination. My waitress had gluten intolerance and easily knew the ins and outs of Celiac. The pasta was the best gluten free pasta I have ever had. Because it has been so long since I have tasted real pasta, my Italian father tried a bite. He said he would have a hard time distinguishing it from its gluten-filled cousin. I have grown up with homemade recipes passed down through generations, so I was devastated to have such disappointing pasta options. Normally the GF pasta is grainy in texture or tastes like corn. Somehow this restaurant made their rice pasta to be able to compete with regular pasta.
