Review of Nebo

I have visited Nebo twice now and it is amazing. I've had the zuchini lasagna, a pasta dish, pizza and my new personal favorite the Vitello Milanese.

Both times the waitresses were really knowledgeable and took the time to explain how they prepare their foods to minimize any cross contamination. Separate fryers, boiling water for pasta, and prep areas. Also explained that their GF pizza crust and pasta is their recipe, but made at a GF bakery and sealed, to ensure it is 100% GF.

I don't remember the name of the first waitress, but this last time, Graziana was such a helpful, knowledgeable and courteous server.

The food isn't cheap, but in this case you get what you paid for and more.
