The manager spent a long time with us discussing how they prepare gluten free foods. They seem to take several precautions and are very careful to prevent cross contamination. They have several gluten free pizzas that they cook on separate bakeware, but the manager said they use the same oven as gluten pizzas. I opted for the zucchini lasagna. It was good, but not as flavorful as I hoped. However, I didn’t get sick, so it I’m happy overall.
