This place is no longer safe. I ate here a few months ago and felt a little sick after. I thought it might have been something else, so I brushed it off since I had always been fine before.
However, I went last week and saw that they had changed their menu to say that they do not recommend people with Celiac eating their food, and one of the employees confirmed.
Please do NOT eat here if you have celiac.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good options on the menu. Delicious food to boot. The cashew milk and cheese is a wonderful touch. Would come here every chance I get.
One of my favorite spots in Auburn. Offers live music on some weekend nights. Make sure to tell them you have an allergy. I'm not very adventurous when I order, so I typically stick to the bowls. This place is vegetarian. If you have a nut issue, they do use lots of nuts. Most of the sauces are not based, but they can subsitute with guac or real cheese.
Nectar is a pleasant little restaurant in downtown Auburn, the service is friendly & good. So far everything I've tried has been very tasty, I highly recommend the black bean burger or the hummus plate.
Meh. Waited forever for a muffin and a french press. Although we were the only people here. (4 people walked in whole we waited)
French press was little more than coffee flavored water and the half and half curdled in my already sad coffee. Muffin was nit horrible but also nothing to write home about.
I suppose on the plus side, my friends warm teff porridge was good.
A great new cafe in downtown Auburn. Vegan, organic and great GF wraps and sandwiches. I highly recommend the "Yum-Wich". There are dessert options as well.
