The Good:

It is a dedicated gluten free place. The G-Force IPA and the Orion's Belt DIPA are so good that if you didn't tell anyone, they would not know they were gluten-free. I have had the chili-verde, the fish and chips, and the sausage/cheese plate. The first two were great, the sausage cheese plate needed something. Maybe a few grapes and another variety of cheese? Don't know.

The OK:

I am a recently diagnosed Celiac, so I still have a very good recollection of what beer tastes like. I appreciate where this place is starting from, but some of the beers like the brown and the stout are not quite there yet. The mouth feel is just not right, even if the taste is good. the mouth feel is too watery. Stout should be thicker...

The Bad:

Would it kill them to have a television with sports on in the background? I love having a beer and watching (insert sport here), but that is just not possible. I think to grow they are going to need to appeal to a bigger crowd. Televised sports would be a good start.

So, in short. Go. You will be glad you did.
