Tim’s is great! Got a chance to actually get our order from the owner, Tim, and he assured me that they take gluten very seriously and that he’s even had his sauces tested to ensure they’re GF. Everything except the mac & cheese and bread is GF.

Super tasty and great sides. Would highly recommend!!

From the owner

All menu items are prepared from scratch with zero possibility of cross contamination. Only non GF item is Mac -n- Cheese and the fresh baked bread which is delivered packaged.

In house prepared BBQ Sauces have also been tested and certified Gluten Free.

Any dressing for the salads marked as Gluten Free as well.

NTBBQ Staff is very knowledgeable and will happily accommodate questions or requests.
