They have a limited gluten free menu of salads, fries, and BBQ Bourbon Pit Bowl. I had the BBQ Bourbon Pit Bowl. It was amazing. I did not react at all. The manager, Donnie came out to talk to me about the GF options. The fries were delicious and the ranch too. I do not have celiacs, but I am very sensitive to gluten. I highly recommend it. Go for the BBQ Bourbon Pit Bowl.
