The manager and waitress were accommodating and really nice about my dietary needs. They told the kitchen to change gloves and use fresh utensils to prepare the food.
They said to avoid the tempura and didn't have a quick answer about the sauce so I brought my own. They seemed nice enough if you want to spend more time asking questions about the sauces. Stick to the plain sushi if you want to be certain.
I couldn't see the kitchen from my seat so I don't know how everything is set up back there, but I didn't get sick.
I ordered a rainbow roll that was tasty and seemed really fresh.
