From the owner: "Our kitchen is a dedicated 100% gluten free facility. Included with an overnight stay at our inn, our guests are served a full country breakfast that includes: GF French Toast, GF pancakes, GF scones, GF muffins, GF Bagels, GF English muffins. These are combined with farm fresh egg dishes from our own chickens along with locally made sausage, nitrate free bacon, cheesy grits and a variety of seasonal options. We also offer GF snacks and cookies or muffins any time of day in our fully stocked refreshment nook. We have been baking gluten free for over 30 years and have perfected the ability to provide GF goodies that amaze our guests. Our baked goods are moist and delicious."
