I order from the salad bar all the time, and have never gotten sick. Ask them to change their gloves. Don't eat anything that touches "the board" - chicken and eggs are cut there. I always get the smoked turkey which is already shredded. Ask them to put the tongs down in the bowl, and not on the board. I also get dressings that are in a container and not open to things falling in it, although they do keep croutons and nuts on a separate table behind them. They have delicious GF desserts - especially the brownies. BEST SALADS EVER!
They have a salad bar and a gluten free bread option for all sandwiches.
