Although there is not a dedicated GF menu, our waiter was knowledgeable about gluten-free menu options or substitutions. If he wasn't sure, he asked the chef. The food was delicious! The enchilada sauce tasted fresh and not out of a can. The pork belly tacos melted in your mouth. We plan to come back to try more of the menu soon. The only negative we had is that there isn't a dedicated fryer and to be cautious about anything that involves deep frying including the tortilla chips.
